PRIVACY POLICY

To run the app, we collect:

• ·Your email address and display name.
• ·Optionally, your phone number and a profile photo, if you add them.
• ·The messages, photos, and files you send in team chat, and the reactions you add.
• ·Your device's push-notification token, so we can deliver notifications.
• ·Basic activity (such as last-seen time) used to show presence to your team.

We use your information only to operate the service: passwordless magic-link sign-in, team chat, scheduled content delivery, and push notifications. We do not build advertising profiles or sell your information.

We share only what's needed to deliver the service, with these providers:

• ·Resend — sends your sign-in emails.
• ·Apple Push Notification service, via Expo — delivers push notifications to your device.

Our database and uploaded files are self-hosted on Microsoft Azure. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@undaunted.life; we will remove your account and personal data.

Undaunted is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.

All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Sign-in is passwordless — there is no password to steal — using single-use magic links sent to your email.

• ·Edit your profile, including your photo and phone number.
• ·Disable push notifications at any time.
• ·Delete your account and personal data on request.

The app includes tools to report any message and block any member. We review reports and act on them. See our Community Rules for what we expect and how we respond.
